2 . Background

The punching parts production is a labor-denseness industry and we take advantage of the superior policy of developing the old industry base of the Northeast.

3 . Content

(1) The available equipments:

There are 82 punching equipments, among which, 48 sets weight more than 100 tons.

Main equipments: YT32-400\500T double-drive hydraulic pressure punch 1400mm × 1400mm , YT28-400\650T double-drive hydraulic pressure punch 1600mm × 2780mm , digital laser cutting machine, digital knee bend machine.

(2) the available resource::

The company has the state-topping design and development method and be recognized as the national technology center. Many technicians major in automobile, engine, machine design and manufacture, and some other related majors. Some of then once trained abroad. We successively introduced a series of advanced equipment from design to experimental ones from abroad, for example, the soft development system including chassis dynamometer, drain off analysis system, three coordinates, computer workstation, and the design and development levels are all taking the lead in the same industry.

(3) the available workshop:

Chanlin occupies total 329 thousand square meters, among which, there are architectural area 151 thousand square meters, industry workshop 104 thousand square meters. Besides, there are 16730KVA electric power capacity and 280 thousand square meters of heating capacity. It can afford maximum 212 cubic meters compressed air per hour.

The economic and technic development zone workshop ( the motorcycle company and the headquarter of the group lie here) occupies 136 thousand square meters with architectural area of 65 thousand square meters and workshop area of 40 thousand square meters. There are one set 10500KVA transformer, 2 sets 10-ton heating boiler and 5sets 20-cubic meter air compressor.

The Xiaonan workshop, where the Engine company lies in, occupies 158 thousand square meters with 67 thousand square meters architectural area and 42 thousand square meters workshop area. There are one set 5430KVA transformer, 3 sets 6-ton heating boiler and 9 sets air compressor in various volume.

The Tuanshan workshop, where the Accessories company lies in, occupies 35 thousand square meters with 19 thousand square meters architectural area and 12 thousand square meters workshop area. There are one set 800KVA transformer and 2 sets 4-ton heating boiler there.
