1. Project Name Establish a pulley project with annual 2,000 thousand sets output by joint venture. 2 . Content The pulley producing line adopts the advanced technology to soft the pulley production and achieve scale benefit. Thus, it can improve the production rate, ensure the quality and enlarge the market. We are going to make great efforts to invest and develop the very advanced technics in existence. Our goal is to develop the factory to a automobile producing base which possesses international advanced level and introduced the advanced equipments, such as: double-drive extending and pressing machine, to achieve an annual producing capacity for 2,000 thousand sets pulleys. After its accomplishment, it will supply various joint venture. At present, we have already signed the supplying contract with some of them. 3 . Background As a large-scale trans-regional, trans-industrial group, Changchun Chanlin Group Co., Ltd. relies mainly on motorcycle manufacturing with more than 13 million dollars assets. The group successively ascended the National Top 500 Industrial Enterprises, the National Top 100 Engineering Industrial Enterprises, the National Top 8 Enterprises of Motorcycle Manufacturing and was selected as one of the 100 experimental units on the state modern enterprise system. The company began to manufacture motorcycles in 1980, introduced the technology of SUZUKI Company, Japan firstly in China. She accumulatively invested RMB 700 million yuan to make three large technological transformations. She bought over 500 world-topping sophisticated processing equipments, from Japan, Germany and Italy, such as die-casting machines, machining centers, NC machine tools, circular grinding machines, welding robots, ABB automatic spraying lines, forming the economic advantages of high starting point, large quantity, rich variety, low cost and specialization. The company has the state-topping design and development method. She successively introduced a series of advanced equipment from design to experimental ones from abroad, for example, the soft development system including chassis dynamometer, drain off analysis system, three coordinates, computer workstation, and the design and development levels are all taking the lead in the same industry. The company has added investment for automobile industry on the basis of the former automobile components processing from 2002. Depending on the professional staff, sophisticated equipment and the advantageous location in the automobile city, she tried to find cooperation, spared no efforts to develop automobile industry, and developed the automobile industry into the ＾pillar industry￣ of the group company in a short period. On the basis of above mentioned advantages, Chanlin Group constantly adjusts the industry structure and give great effort to invest those projects which have bright marker future and own high technology content. The pulley project is going to be established according the this guideline. • The necessary analysis a、At present, we can find the pulley in domestic market both in heavy weight and high price because of the cast iron they used for manufacturing. To be different, we adopt the advanced technics producing line to ensure the light weight and good balance effect. At the same time, the price is half less than the cast iron one. b、The development of the pulley products in domestic can not meet the market demand because of the short development period and small scale. Further more, the behindhand technic can not catch up with the vehicles upgrade. c、The available equipments should be updated and reconstructed to meet the constantly improved quality requirement. • The project scope a、Build a producing line and produce 1,000 thousand sets pulleys per year for automobile, motorcycle, tractor and ship. b、Make use of the workshop and factory in existence. c、Combine the newly bought equipments and the old ones to improve the technic level. There is also another 4,000 square meters for the future used. The main work flow of the pulley: Technics design--- production preparation--- cut the raw material---extend---(1,2,3 times)---shaping---cutting the edge(punching technic hole)--- pressing ---punching holes----testing---ready for sale 6. Investment The total investment is 2,420 thousand dollars, including the ground and the workshop investment 970 thousand dollars, flow capital 240 thousand dollars and equipments 1,210 thousand dollars. 7.The details (1) Personnel It needs: 45 workmen and assistant personnel whom can be chosen from the available employees; 4 technicians: except the old ones, hire 2 more administration manager: 4 person arranged by the company (2)Raw material The material used in the project is 2~ 4mm 08AL steel board supplied by the FAW or bought by ourselves (3)The security and sanitation The equipments it used are in high dangerous. Considering the personnel security, we have already built the workshop and the equipments as the national stipulation. (4)Environmental protect The project has something to do with the basic construction, oil paint and waste water. We ensure the environmental protect during our production. (5)Fire control The buildings are to be built as the national stipulation. 8.Economic benefit analysis The pulley sales can achieve 2,000 thousand sets per year mainly by supplying the automobile factory and the society. As a result, we can sell the pulley by RMB 20yuan/set(it is average price, in fact, it can be higher) and the annual income is more than 20,000 thousand yuan, the net profit is RMB 8,440 thousand yuan. The investment reclaim period: 2.3 years 9.The cooperated partner we need Anyone who possesses capital, technology and development capacity.
